We know you don’t want to take it out on your coffee, so this class will help you correct some of these habits and teach you some new ones, such as weighing your dose, changing the grind, and reducing waste. We’ll use our taste buds to learn even more by dissecting the beginning, middle, and end of an extraction and taste components of a blend to determine what you like most about espresso.
