In Equipment 101, our barista and technical staff will give you some crucial pointers on cleaning grinders, brewers, airpots, tea urns, and your espresso machine. We’ll even help you learn to calibrate your coffee grinder, an easy adjustment that will keep your coffee tasting great. Lastly, we’ll break into the guts of the espresso machine and give you the basic skills to adjust your pressure stat and extraction pressure. (Approx. 2 hours)
